Partition won't unmount - resolved

Fighting to umount a partition that won't unmount. Running through the usual tools (lsof, fuser) reveals nothing. Much head scractching. Must I go down the reboot to fix it route ?

But then, StackOverflow comes to the rescue . Damn NFS!
